Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. This policy outlines our approach to cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows for our mobile windscreen services across Sydney.

Rescheduling Your Appointment

We offer flexible rescheduling at no charge, provided you notify us in advance:

  • More than 24 hours notice: Free rescheduling to any available time
  • Same-day rescheduling: We will do our best to accommodate, subject to technician availability

To reschedule, simply call us on 0458 274 129 and we will find a new time that works for you.

Cancellation Notice

We ask for reasonable notice if you need to cancel your appointment:

  • 24+ hours notice: No cancellation fee
  • Less than 24 hours: We may charge a call-out fee to cover travel costs
  • Less than 2 hours: A call-out fee of up to $50 may apply

We understand emergencies happen. If you have an urgent situation, please contact us and we will work with you.

No-Shows

A no-show occurs when:

  • We arrive at the agreed location and time, but you or your vehicle are not available
  • We cannot access the vehicle (e.g., locked gate, no parking access)
  • We are unable to contact you within 15 minutes of the scheduled time

In the event of a no-show, a call-out fee of up to $75 may apply to cover our technician's travel time and vehicle costs. We will attempt to contact you before leaving the location.

Weather and Delays

Windscreen installation requires specific weather conditions for safety and adhesive curing:

  • Rain: Installations may need to be rescheduled if the work area cannot be kept dry
  • Extreme heat: We may adjust timing to avoid midday heat affecting adhesive performance
  • Our delays: If we need to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer priority rebooking at no extra cost

Parts Availability

Occasionally, we may need to reschedule if the correct glass for your vehicle is not available from our suppliers. In these cases, we will contact you before your appointment to arrange a new date once the part arrives. There is no charge for rescheduling due to parts availability.

Insurance Claim Cancellations

If you are waiting on insurance approval and your claim is delayed or declined, please let us know as soon as possible. There is no fee for cancelling an appointment that was dependent on insurance approval, provided you notify us before we dispatch our technician.

Refund Policy

For services already completed:

  • Refunds are available if there is a defect covered by our warranty
  • We do not offer refunds simply because you change your mind after service completion
  • If you are unsatisfied with our work, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue

For deposits or advance payments:

  • Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel with more than 24 hours notice
  • For late cancellations, the deposit may be applied to a future booking or retained as a cancellation fee
