4. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made.
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
- For insurance claims, we may invoice the insurer directly with your authorisation.
- Any outstanding amounts not paid within 14 days may incur additional collection fees.
5. Service Warranty
Our services are covered by warranty as outlined in our Warranty Policy. Key points include:
- Workmanship is guaranteed for the life of the vehicle under your ownership.
- Glass products carry manufacturer warranties.
- Warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, or external factors.
6. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing safe and adequate access to your vehicle
- Informing us of any vehicle modifications or special requirements
- Following post-service care instructions (e.g., waiting periods before driving)
- Notifying us promptly of any issues with the completed work
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

8. Limitation of Liability
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
- We are not liable for pre-existing vehicle damage or defects.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, parts availability).
- Claims must be made within a reasonable time of discovering any issue.
9. Insurance Claims
